I took my engagement ring in for repair and resizing. A new diamond has been fitted and it is a perfect match and is now easier to get on and off. They let me have a price for the work as soon as the gem setter had assessed the ring and after agreeing to the price the work was carried out quickly. I am delighted with the end result and enjoying being able to wear the ring again. Highly recommend.

I have used this great jewellers a couple of times now and been very pleased with the work done. First time was sizing my engagement ring down which was carried out quickly and perfectly. Latest thing was them servicing a pocket watch for my dad and sourcing a chain for it so that it can be passed on as a gift. This wasn't an easy task because of the age of the item but Paul took the time and kept me updated in his search. This place is, in my opinion, the best shop to use for purchasing or mending your jewellery in Redditch.
